東京大学で気候力学の研究をしています。 気候の自然変動が長期的な気候変化を背景にどう変調するかに興味があります。 特に、冬季北半球において最も卓越する大気循環変動である北半球環状モード / 北大西洋振動の長期変調について、 気候モデル実験出力の解析を通して調べています。

About My Research

I am studying climate dynamics at the University of Tokyo. I am interested in how natural climate variability is modulated under long-term climate change. In particular, I am investigating the long-term modulations of the Northern Annular Mode / North Atlantic Oscillation, the dominant atmospheric circulation variability in the wintertime Northern Hemisphere, through the analysis of climate model experiment outputs.
